Brad Rogers, 45, passed away on December 7, 2018. He was born on March 29, 1973 to Raymond Rogers and Betty Kopp on a snowy day in Valparaiso, Indiana.
When Brad was younger he enjoyed playing baseball and soccer. He attended Newburgh Elementary and was a graduate of Joplin High School. He attended Missouri Southern State and was a manager of a pizza place in Joplin, Missouri. Brad was a wonderful artist. He loved drawing action figures and Garfield. One of his mother’s favorites was a drawing he did of a stairwell of Sharon School. Brad enjoyed fishing, writing, and working on his old Dodge pick-up truck. He also enjoyed watching movies. His favorite was Forrest Gump.
Brad is survived by his parents Raymond Rogers and Betty Kopp, his step-mother Ginette Rogers and several loving aunts and uncles and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 13th at Good Shepherd Catholic Church 2301 N. Stockwell Road in Valparaiso, Indiana. A visitation will be at 9 in the morning with a mass to start at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Graceland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the National MS Society.
