Enjoyed spending time w my aunt and uncle in Florida w my grandparents Charles and Mildred. This is Erik Owen, son of Mimi Taylor. Ellen Bernice Taylor Dalton, 97, passed away on October 4, 2018 in Nephi, Utah. She was born on May 18, 1921 in Mooresville, Indiana to Gail and Alta Taylor.
She loved spending time with her family and working at Old North Methodist Church on Stringtown Road with her husband, Rev. Buell Dalton.
She is survived by her son, Dr. Joseph (Karen) Dalton, and her daughters, Mary (Darryl) Washburn and Deborah (Wayne) Fish, 16 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Rev. Buell W. Dalton, her parents, Gail and Alta Taylor, and her 5 brothers.
There will be a private family graveside service Monday, October 22, 2018 at 11 AM and Graceland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Warrick County Humane Society.
