Obituary:
Jon Alan White, 70, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2018, in Valparaiso, IN. Alan was born the son of D. Howard and Hester White on April 18, 1947, in Valparaiso, IN.
Alan was a graduate of Central High School in 1965, the year after his graduation he met the love of his life Cliftia. For 39 years Alan worked at National City/Integra Bank. When he retired in 2004 he was the Vice President of the commercial lending. Alan was a member of the Owls Club, Kentucky Colonels, and Valparaiso Athletic Club. He enjoyed golfing and observing the horse races.
Alan is survived by his wife of 49 years Cliftia; children Blake White (Joe Batistoni) and Matt White; brothers Gary (Judi) White and Dick White; grandchildren Joseph Michael Batistoni and Paul Alan Batistoni; and many extended family and beloved friends.
Alan was preceded in death by his parents and brother Joel Patrick White.
Visitation will be on Thursday, April 5, 2018, from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Graceland Cemetery, funeral service will be on Friday, April 6, 2018, at 12 p.m. with interment to follow at Graceland Memorial Park.
